I Need a New Breakfast!!!

I have eaten an egg white omelette for breakfast every single day for the past couple of months. It became my favorite thing in the entire world, and of course, was super healthy. Over the last few days, however, I have noticed that I get a terrible stomachache after eating my breakfast, and each day it seems to be getting worse and worse. I know for a fact that it has nothing to do with the grapes or fruit I eat with the breakfast because yesterday I eliminated them and still felt terribly sick.

After researching the topic, I found out that there is a thing called egg white intolerance, which basically means your stomach doesn’t tolerate egg whites too well. I just don’t understand why this would happen all of a sudden. The only thing I can think of is that I have consumed too many egg whites in the past couple of months and now my stomach is like, Yo. Give me something else. I’m done with these eggs. (Yeah, my stomach talks.)

I think it’s best if I lay off the eggs for at least a few days, but now I’m completely clueless as to what I should eat for breakfast. Yogurt would be a good option, but I usually have that for lunch and I don’t want to consume too much of it because it is high in sugar…And cereal is not an option for me anymore because (a) the milk sometimes upsets my stomach and (b) I don’t really eat heavily processed foods. (All cereal is basically 100% man-made.) Smoothies seem to be another popular breakfast option, but I would rather have a meal that I can physically chew. I don’t find drinking meals to be as satisfying.

This leaves me at square 1. I have no clue what to eat for breakfast!!! If any of you guys have any healthy breakfast ideas, leave a comment! (Note: I don’t find granola or any processed foods to be healthy!) I just don’t think anything can be as natural as eggs. :/

  1. I’m a huge healthy foodie and i absolutely love breakfast foods, especially when they are yummy and good for you. I suggest bran cereal with some stevia (natural sweetener) and almond milk (healthier than cows milk, and might help your milk intolerance!), or oatmeal with almond butter and fruit, or my fave green smoothie recipe: one-two frozen bananas, spinach (you cannot taste it i swear), vanilla almond milk, vanilla protein powder, and ice! it’s super filling and yummy! or you can try my other fave: 1 frozen banana, frozen berries, almond milk, greek yogurt (no sugar added), stevia, and ice! anyways, i hope i helped! i also have an Instagram where i post healthy recipes aswell if you want to follow: @munchiesbyanna. i love your channel clancy! ❤

  2. I usually eat whole wheat toasted bread with mashed banana and apple on the bread along with water. You could also try oatmeal, I heard that’s super healthy. Also try pilof, that is amazingly healthy. I like to add beans and parsley in my pilof. 😀

  3. oatmeal is a good way to go. i like to make it not so bland by adding some berries to it like bluberries or strawberries.

  4. Some fresh fruit and a glass of tea or coconut milk because almond milk tastes bad ( in my opinion ). I had eczema and after drinking coconut milk instead of cow milk it went away so you can recommend this to your friends as well.

  5. Try some oatmeal or quinoa, I like to add natural sweeteners like fruit, honey or cinnamon for variety. If I am extra hungry then I’ll add some turkey bacon or turkey sausage on the side. Then occasionally it doesn’t hurt to go for some whole wheat toast.

  6. Download the app Blogilates! It’s run by Cassey, a fitness guru on YouTube & it’s kind of a healthy living social media kinda thing. I think you’ll love the app, but there are also lots of easy breakfast ideas on it!
